A professional milestone and a personal mission

I am delighted to share that I have successfully completed the Herbal Knowledge and Application postgraduate specialist training at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE)!

This program not only deepened my scientific knowledge but also provided me with the opportunity to research a topic that is both highly important and personal to me: the natural treatment options for joint inflammation. The summary of my research became the subject of my thesis, which received an outstanding evaluation from the review board. You can download it here. (Currently, only the Hungarian version of the material is available.)

Why might this research be valuable to you?

Joint inflammation affects an increasing number of people worldwide, making it essential for more people to access reliable, scientifically backed information about natural treatment options.

In my research, I scientifically examine the development and natural treatment of osteoarthritis, covering:

  • The mechanisms behind joint inflammation: how cartilage deteriorates, why joints become inflamed, and which factors play a key role in the progression of the disease.
  • Traditional and alternative treatment methods, including pharmaceutical therapies, along with their advantages and disadvantages.
  • A detailed analysis of why I specifically researched devil’s claw (Harpagophytum procumbens), how its mechanisms help reduce inflammation, and why it may be more effective long-term than certain medications.
  • A comparison between long-term herbal therapy and pharmaceutical treatments, highlighting the reduction of side effects and the support of the body’s natural regeneration.
  • An introduction to the Body dietary supplement, comparing it with other market-available products to showcase the qualitative and quantitative differences in devil’s claw-containing products in the domestic market.

My Thesis Topic: A Personal Inspiration

Osteoarthritis is not just an academic research field for me—it is a challenge I have personally experienced. Since childhood, I have struggled with joint inflammation, and over the years, it became clear to me that alongside traditional therapeutic options, there is a need for natural alternatives that provide effective and safe relief. This realization led me to develop my own dietary supplement, Lost Garden Body, specifically formulated to support joint health.

In my thesis, I summarized the results of this research. I conducted a detailed analysis of the anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects of devil’s claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) and compared my Body supplement with other Hungarian dietary supplements.

The goal of my thesis was to explore the natural treatment options for osteoarthritis, with a particular focus on the anti-inflammatory effects of devil’s claw, clinical trial results, and an evaluation of the long-term benefits of herbal therapy compared to conventional pharmaceutical treatments.

Traditional pharmaceutical therapies—such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)—are effective in reducing pain, but they come with serious long-term side effects, including stomach issues, liver, and kidney damage. In contrast, herbal alternatives like devil’s claw have been proven to be effective without side effects, while also supporting cartilage regeneration, significantly reducing inflammation and pain.

Research Findings and Key Data

In my research, I considered the following scientific results:

  • Clinical studies indicate that devil’s claw can reduce joint pain by up to 40% after 8 weeks.
  • Long-term herbal therapy can decrease inflammatory markers in the blood by up to 50%.
  • Market comparisons revealed that the active ingredient content of some Hungarian dietary supplements varies significantly, meaning not all products provide the same effectiveness.
  • The findings made it clear that the effectiveness of dietary supplements varies greatly depending on their composition and concentration of active ingredients. This is why it is crucial for consumers to make informed decisions rather than relying solely on marketing claims.

Lost Garden Body – A Scientifically Based Supplement for Joint Support

In my research, I not only examined the effectiveness of devil’s claw but also explored other synergistic active ingredients that can support joint health. Lost Garden Body is formulated with clinically proven components that help reduce joint inflammation and alleviate pain.

During product development, I focused on creating a comprehensive and well-balanced formula that is scientifically validated to support long-term joint health.
